Ok, so today was leg day. I had a good work out, lifted a bit more weight than normal, after taking my Muscle Strength and Spark by Advocare <– product placement. Anyways, I was in my room mixing my shake and my legs were shaking like crazy. Normally I’m a little shaky after leg work, but this time it kind of scared me.
So, my question is this; are my legs shaking a good thing? Why is it or why is it not a good thing? I would really like some feedback on this.

I get really ticked when I’m in the gym and I see some guy is rowing what I dead lift. I dead lift about 200 lbs for multiple reps and sets, he’s rowing 200 lbs several reps and sets. Granted, I’m a 175 pound college weight lifter and he’s a 230 pound power lifter but it still gets me angry and keeps me hungry for more.
When I see someone lifting more than I can, it only motivates me more to lift harder and longer than he, and yes sometimes she, can.

I would like to apologize for my marketing Advocare the way I have been. Being my own boss and working in the nutritional industry is something I have always wanted to do. (What better place to learn than college?) When I find new products I get excited, especially when it works well and is natural. I guess what I’m trying to say is; I just want some weight lifting friends that have the same goals that I have, and that I can get training info from. So please, don’t see me as some sells men trying to lure you into something, that is not my intention here, I want to have fun hand learn from other experiences.
Thank you

ok,
Today I ran my normal lap around the park, I was feeling ok. Seeing how I’m Supper Man and all, I decided to lunges on the football field, end zone to end zone. I don’t do lunges on leg day, or any day for that matter, so needless to say I’m a little bit sore, and tiered.
The moral of this sad story is; unless you’re just dying for some leg stiffness, don’t do lunges for 100 yards and run another lab around the park.

O, MY, GOODNESS,
I leg pressed 405 lbs for two sets of seven, I can’t beleave I did that. considering I ran half a mile for weight training at 10am, I almost fell asleep in english 1-2:30pm, and it was after my 45 minute leg work out 3-4. I took a spark from Advocare and I was PUMP’N. you really need to at least try Spark by Advocare, it’s only $20 for a box of 14, $1.50 per pack, I never had a leg work out like this before, it’s awsome.

Ok, I’ve gotten some crap on the pictures I have of myself on my blog. I know that the pics look bad and there’s not a lot of light, but it’s the only camera I have and it’s on my lap top. So other than the bad photos/ lighting, what is good about my pictures/ site?

About a year ago I had a Body Space, but I didn’t go on it for a while and lost it. I did something I called My Muscle-Tech Challenge. If you remember that fiasco, you’ll know that I took Nitro-Tech Hardcore and Cell-Tech Hardcore, and tracked my progress; I was supposed to gain about 15 lbs with them as a stack. Needless to say I didn’t gain more than 5 lbs and that was water weight from low grade creatine.
I’m telling you this because I am trying to promote a company that I really believe in called Advocare. The company has been around for 15 years. It has a wide variety of products for skin care and cleansers, to weight management and muscle builders.
The athletes that endorse Advocare do not get paid for taking the products, they just truly believe in the quality of the products that Advocare has to offer. These are athletes you can see every week on the track and field. Just check out the web site and check out the athlete and testimonials part. Get some more information on this great company, and then make your decision on Advocare products.
