Falling short of a goal
Friday, December 26th, 2008I’ve come to realize I’m going to fall short of my goal to reach 195lbs by Jan. 1. As much as I hate not making my goal, I also know i have to go with what my body is telling me. Right now, no matter how much I eat, I keep losing weight, even though I’m dropping it slowly. So, instead of really fighting what my body is telling me, I’m going to go with it and get ready to start shedding some of my extra body fat a week early. Come Jan. 4, I’m actually going to start supplementing my diet, as well as taking Hydroxycut and NOS. I figured I’ll give it 30-45 days to see some results and re-evaluate after. I’m also adding whey protein supplements to my diet as well, along with switching my overall diet, time to eat more clean.
