I hate travel day! Every other week, I hae to travel for work and stay overnight, so I miss a good workout. What I’ve started to do is body weight workouts in my hotel room as I am usually bored out of my mind. The hotel work puts me in is lacking in the workout department. Frankly, I hate the place I’m forced to stay. The last time I took a dip in the hot tub, I ended up kicking the light that was unattached, just chilling in the bottom of the tub. Thank God the seal on it was still good or else I wouldn’t be here.
I did manage to get a good back/bi workout this morning before coming to my main office. I’m incorporating different exercises into my normal routines and it seems to be helping.
I’m definitely putting on the weight on a consistant basis, but it’ll never happen fast enough for me. Of course, I haven’t supplemented my diet in well over a month, so that doesn’t help anything. I’ll see where I’m at on 12-1-08, I may have to supplement for the month of December in order to meet my weight goal.
I am looking forward to cutting, but I’m not at the same time. This weekend I realized how out of shape my lungs are. I did a lot of walking in the woods (deer season) and I was breathing hard after a few short minutes. Grant it, I was bundled and it was below freezing outside, but I don’t think I should be that winded so fast. My 1000g Thinsulate boots sure didn’t help matter at all either. I think the treadmill and I are going to fight.
