FOR ME
Wednesday, August 27th, 2008I AM DOING BETTER…I HAVE WORKED OUT 4-5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE MORNING NOW CONSISTANTLY SINCE MY LAST POST OF WHO KNOWS…? I AM AT 199-201 FOR WEIGHT CONSISTANTLY. ALL MY WORKOUTS ARE GETTING EASIER AND THE WEIGHTS ARE FINALLY GETTING HIGHER. I FINISHED A INCLINE PRESS WITH 1REP OF 205 YESTERDAY…1 YEAR AGO I DID 155 AND THOUGHT IT FELT GOOD. TODAY WORKED OUT BACK AND IT FELT AWESOME. I HATE PULLUPS BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS WEIGHED 220+ FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS. TODAY I DID 4 SETS OF 8,6,6,4 AND THEN BENT OVER ROWED 275 TWICE. I FELT LIKE I WAS ALMOST COMFORTABLE WITH BEING ME. MY DIET IS THE THING THAT KICKS MY BUTT. I EAT SPARATICLY AT BEST AND BARELY TAKE IN ENOUGH PROTEIN TO FEED MY NEW MUSCLES. THEN WHEN IT COMES TO CARDIO I DO MAYBE 1 SESSION A WEEK. BUT NOW THAT I FELL BETTER THAT THE WEIGHTS ARE COMING MAYBE I CAN FOCUS ON THE DIET MORE. BESIDES I HATE CARDIO-!
