QUICK QUESTION FOR YALL

I HAVE SPECIFICALLY USED BSN PRODUCTS IN THE PAST AND I AM THINKING OF CHANGING IT UP.  WHAT WOULD YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS BE FOR REPLACING NO XPLODE, CELLMASS, AND NITRIX?  ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!

ON A ROLL

NOT ONLY DID I MAKE IT TO THE GYM TODAY I EVEN DID 20 MINUTES OF CARDIO AFTER MY SHOULDER, CALVES WORKOUT.  THEN PROCEEDED TO GO TO WORK AND ASK FOR A RAISE…ACTUALLY GOT IT TOO.  SO NOT A BAD DAY….SO FAR?

I MADE IT TO THE GYM TODAY, AND IT WAS A TOUGH ONE.  THE ALARM WENT OFF AND I JUST LAID THERE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.  I DID NOT WANT TO WAKE UP.  I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THROUGHOUT THE DAY THOUGH IF I GET IN A GOOD WORKOUT.  SO I WENT.

FINALLY AND THEN…

I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE GYM….HAD A GREAT WORKOUT.  GOT THERE EARLY DID A NICE WARM UP - LIFTED BACK AND BICEPS.  THEN STEPPED ON THE SCALE TO SEE ALL MY HARD WORK HAD GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!  I AM BACK TO 217 WHEN I WAS ON THE BRINK OF SUB 210.  THAT IS WHAT I GET FOR HITTING THE SNOOZE!

WHICH WAY TO THE GYM?

It has been over a week now since I even thought about hitting the gym.  Every excuse in the world comes to mind but ultimately I am just being lazy.  I wonder how does everyone in here stay motivated?  I have thought about hiring a P.T for my wife and myself.  But then again I would have to be at the gym for it to work.  ?????
