just another o.k day
Tuesday, January 29th, 2008I finally got the motivation to go this morning and at least set foot in the gym. I had a great warm up and some good cardio but my weight workout was pathetic at best. I know that you need to build muscle to maintain a faster metabolism but I just cannot get myself into that mode. I am finally getting rid of this belly fat and I am approaching that under 210lbs mark. I haven’t been under 210 since 2004. How do I convice myself that the weights are as important as the treadmill?
