I know I dont blog much,but I have not been working out these past few weeks like I should have. I have moved out to the west coast and finally settling in, and starting back today!<input type="hidden" id="gwProxy" /><input type="hidden" id="jsProxy" onclick="jsCall();" />

Well its Friday and I am glad I completed all my workouts for the week. I did have to make some changes on the fly,but in the end it all worked out. Now to take the weekend off. I made a mental not on some things I need to work on postwork out. Well Enjoy the weekend!
