Today I am putting things in perspective. I know what I want. I know what I need to do. Today I will do it. Then I will do it again tomorrow.. and the next day.. and the day after that.. you get the idea.
It’s not a daunting task if you break it down.. each day, each decision. I know that every small decision I make will either get me closer to or farther away from my goals. I need to start thinking in terms of each individual choice. I need to ask myself…
"Will blowing off my afternoon cardio get me closer to or farther from my goals?"
"Can I get the body I know is in there if I repeatedly cave in to that bottle of wine?"
Consistant small good choices will reap great things! It’s time to stop taking the easy way out and start creating the body I know I can have! I can DO this!!!
