One of the things that motivated me to leave the cozy computer chair was the "12 week transformation guide" made by Bob Chicerillo and Tito Raymond. There is one little aspect I couldn’t keep - the everyday cardio. I’m doing it only 4 times a week, in the 3 training days, right after weight training and a fourth "Cardio only"
The diet is going alright, no temptation was strong enough yet and I almost lack any craving.
I already lost 4 kilos in 10 days, maybe only 2 real and the rest water variations ( I get readings between 105 and 107 kilos depending the time of the day) and I’m starting to feel better.
So I’m on the right track and I intend to keep it, wish me luck.

First time I ever seen a bodybuilding gym I was 13, I was visiting relatives in Germany , it was 1990. I loved it at the first glance, I even had the chance to try the machines. Back in my country , poor and just out of communism , the gyms were an utopia . 4 years later I found one, it was small and filthy, I loved it of course.I was a skinny tall teenager and there was no personal trainer, no bodybuilding magazines, nothing. I did it almost on my own with a little help from older buddies . I went there about a year and I gained a little shape. Then I had to prepare for college and to even go to college
so no time and no money for training disregarding one or two failed attempts.
After graduation I started working and got my first computer. My life was oscillating between the dental chair and the computer chair, I didn’thave even the slightest clue about healthy nutrition so not much later I was 107 kilos (almost all fat
)
One day I said "enough!" and I started dieting so I lost about 12-13 kilos and I was feeling alright.
Last year in may finally a good gym opened in my hometown so I started training and my shape began to improve
Then the Autumn came with a fall, I took my second job no more time for training, double the stress so 12 kilos gain in 3 months!
That’s it! I quitted one of the jobs and I started training again 10 days ago! It’s 23 january, and in 6 months I will have a 6 pack! Mark my words!
