the holiday weekend is offsetting my cardio….
Hey I guess one good week followed by an ok one is at least a start now I need to string together two good weeks followed by three.
Even in my bad eating weeks i have been more disciplined than before, lots of protein and carb conscious.

I cranked up the cardio starting last week. I can already see the veins starting to come on out in my arms and biceps. The were always close to popping but needed just a little push. Gettin ready to rip this **** up!

well I have done fairly well with my commitment to the gym but I havent seemed to put it all together. The cardio, the lifting, and the diet.
This morning I decided to stretch the cardio a little I ran 5.5 miles and burned over 600 calories. I have never ran more than 3 miles at once. Just goes to show you what the human mind is capable of!
Love this site the transformations of everyone keep me motivated!
