February 11, 2009Hello, my name is Brandon White and I am the owner/operator of Why Weight Personal Training. It is a business that I just recently started. In November, I became certified as a personal trainer through AFAA and have been working at the West Virginia University Recreation Center to gain valuable experience in the fitness field. I decided last month that I was ready to start my business and now I am looking to add my first clients. Also, I am recovering from an oblique injury that has kept me from doing too much in the past few months, so I will be working on getting my body back to where I want it to be! My current stats read 165 pounds @ 14% body fat. I want to add ten pounds of lean muscle and lose about 5% body fat by May 1.
