Refocus
Wednesday, February 20th, 2008I have been lifting heavy and slowly this past month and it is time to refocus. My body isn’t responding as well as I would like it to. So to increase the intensity and effeciency of my workouts I am going to go back to perfect form and shorter rest periods between sets. I will be doing 90 seconds between sets on all excercises. At the end of my workouts I will be doing supersets and trisets and only resting for 60 seconds between each set. I want to burn off some of this accumulated fat and get ripped. I can barely see me abs anymore and that is hard for me and my ego. My eating which is normally been pretty good has been off in the last couple of weeks and that means I also need to refocus on my eating. I will eat 6 meals a day that are clean (which is not a problem) but avoid some of those night time snacks I seem to be falling back on. So it is time to refocus, get my workouts in under 1 hour, focus on eating healthy and upping my intensity.
