Jan 16 - cardio and abs
Cardio today was good. I did intervals (surprise, surprise)
I started at 7.0 mph and 0 incline for 2 minutes. Then I went to 1 incline for one minute, 2 incline for 1 minute, 3 incline for one minute and 4 inlcine for 1 minute. Then I went back down to one and repeated four time. On my last interval instead of going back to 1 incline I went from 4 incline to 5 incline to get one last push for one minute. Then I went down to 1 incline for one minute and then lastly I finished off with 0 incline for one minute.
Total time for the interval was 21 minutes. Sticking at 7.0 mph was my best speed yet for this type of interval training.
I then went to abs and did my triset of reverse crunches, crunches and side crunches. I did each one 20 times for 3 sets.
