Shrimp Scampi recipe

prepare whole wheat rotini noodles (4 ounces)

Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil and 3 cloves of garlic (crushed) in a frying pan

add shrimp to the frying pan (1/2 pound) for 2 minutes

add 1 Tbsp of butter buds and 3 Tbsp of white wine, cook for 2 more minutes

Place cooked pasta in a mixing bowl with 2 Tbsp of butter buds and 1/4 tsp of blackpepper

Add cooked shrimp mixture to the pasta and gently mix together

Divide into 2 portions and add 3 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese (total)

I eat this with raw carrots, celery, green pepper, and or broccollii.  i dip the veggies in humus (go lightly).

This makes a delicious quick to make meal.  Enjoy!

Bigdaddy: I usually use one of those shrimp rings because they are cheap. But what you have will work great. And yes molly McButter is the same thing. Tell me what you think.
