					<description>I work from 2100 - 0900 in the morning.  I like the nightshift, I can get stuff done at work and no one to freakin bother me every 5 minutes.

I started doing crossover cable for chest and shoulders . . . wow, can still feel it after a couple of days, hit it hard.

Try and get some chest and arms in tonight.</description>
