PAIN!!!!

today was legs. i am on the cut diet and this week its heavy and hard. 4-6 reps 5 sets. i was warming up with some squats. and i felt some minor joint pain in my left hip. i did some stiff-legged deadlifts and it was a little worst. did some leg curls and no pain…then leg presses. horrible pain!!! by the second set i locked in the weights and i was almost yelling in pain. i didnt even rack my weight. i walked out the gym. i could barely walk. its not so bad now that i am home but still hurts. if it still hurts tomarrow i am going to medical. it upsets me not because i am in pain but because i missd a good leg day and abs. oh well not the end of the world….i hope…

today i am so upset. i beleive that someone stole my i-pod and a tub of no-exploide out of my car. i cant beleive it. i live on a marine corps base. i have never locked my car in the 2 years i have been in the navy!!! it takes a real scum-bag to steal what others work hard for. i bust my tail to make the little money i get paid for. i believe what the bible says….he who does not work shall not eat! i am so mad at this point. it totally ruined my workout. i was pumped at first and toward the end i say screw it and left early. im goning to pray that god helps me find forgiveness. i know what scripture states about forgivemness and i know what i need to do. i just hope i get it back.

cutting

well, i have been cutting since 29 mar 07. i started at 220 and 24% bodyfat. i am now at 17% and 184-ish. last week i started a new diet/weight training program. its called the gameover diet. i am likeing it so far. i really want to get down to at least 12%. if you guys have any suggestions please shoot me a pm or email. later

the end of the 5×5

The 5×5 is over, what a great success!!! I must say that I didn’t believe that it would work at all, but i gave it a chance. To say the least it kicked my ass! I didn’t really see a big change in size but my strength went through the roof.  My stats are as follows…

 start-finish

bench:200 lb-245lb

squat:205 lb-335lb

deadlift:215 lb-405lb

 I now embark on a bodybuilding quest.  With the 5×5, my body was developing unportionately, so now I am doing a mass workout.  I will keep y’all posted. Later!

the 5×5

i started the 5×5 9 weeks ago looking for a change.i was tired of doing the same thing expecting different results. i set some goals that i thought were impossible. I am  almost finished with this program and have not only met, but exceded my goal. i am very happy. i will keep you guys posted for my lifts upon my completion of this program.
