0900 i got my bodyfat taken. the visit was worth it! i was taken at 10.3%. 171. i picked the trainers head for a bit. then left. i came back later to get my post-cut maxes and to get my maxes for the 5×5. i came in feeling very weak. got under the bench. 225 easy. then i droped the weight and did some reps. put 230 then 235. good. 240 no. again…240..no. not bad considering i have been cutting for almost 6 months. squad was pretty good.300. didnt want to over do it. i know i could have got more. then deadlift. 225 for reps. break. 315 bam. 405 maybe? think i can. i loaded it and looked at it. the doubt was there. i spotted someone then came back. strapped up. pump up. started breathing hard….chin up…back straight…nope! i just stuck with 315 and left. i really was surprised that my numbers where what they where. so here it is…
