PAIN #2
It is now time for part 2 of Pain. Same church, diffrent pew.It was leg day. I started with some light squats. Then i progressed heavier. Once agian, I experenced some joint pain in my left leg. I ingnored the pain for the most part. My squat weight was lighter then usual. My form was decent. It didnt hold the standard that i expect for my self. The rest of the workout was great. I thought about quitting but i didnt. Im going to go to medical tomarrow and get it checked out. Doctors and i dont get along very much. Especial millitary doctors. He or she will tell me to quit for awhile then, I tell them no. Thats what normaly happens.
