PAIN!!!!
Monday, July 30th, 2007today was legs. i am on the cut diet and this week its heavy and hard. 4-6 reps 5 sets. i was warming up with some squats. and i felt some minor joint pain in my left hip. i did some stiff-legged deadlifts and it was a little worst. did some leg curls and no pain…then leg presses. horrible pain!!! by the second set i locked in the weights and i was almost yelling in pain. i didnt even rack my weight. i walked out the gym. i could barely walk. its not so bad now that i am home but still hurts. if it still hurts tomarrow i am going to medical. it upsets me not because i am in pain but because i missd a good leg day and abs. oh well not the end of the world….i hope…
