Getting asked if you take steriods
Getting asked if you take steriods or people thinking you take some illegal supplements is probably one of biggest things that upsets me and I’m not even that big. You work your ass to get strong and be healthy then people that are out of shape, jealous, know nothing about working out are saying that you take something to get that desired body. I take a lot pride in not taking anything illegal and busting my ass working out and I know a lot of guys that feel the same way.
In some instances it is kind of flattering when people ask you cause you know your getting results.

Why don’t people realize that you can actually grow muscle and get ripped without abusing substances. It DOES take lots of hard work and patience!! Great blog!!
