Released
Today i was released or you could say cleared to start doing some leg work…i was told by the doctor and the physical therapist that i should never do leg extensions the rest of my life bc it is real bad on the acl…that sucks..i loved those…it seemed like they stacked on so much mass…o well..doctors orders…so i attempted to squat for the first time and my legs were so weak and unstable it was hard enough just to do the bar…it will come back pretty fast though bc i used to have real strong legs…muscle memory baby…never thought i would be happy about legs…but i guess there is a first time for everything
