			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Friday night was freeway soccer night. I was flowing along around 70 mph when something flew over the SUV in front of me. I remember thinking, &quot;please don&#8217;t hit my car&quot; as the thing came sailing right at me. I just missed the damn thing. It bounced in front of my car and sailed right over. It was a frickin soccer ball. Apparently it was bored and wanted to play with the cars on the freeway. This ball bounced right in front of my car and bounced so high that I went right under it without a bump.</p>
<p>Saturday my son tried out for basketball. I&#8217;m hoping he gets in. He&#8217;s never played before and some of these kids were really good. He took a little bit to warm up to it but after a while he did really well.</p>
<p>And now on to the C5 stuff. Diet has been pretty bad this weekend. Mostly carbs and some sweets. I did hit the gym Saturday for some shoulders and arms and more cardio. I&#8217;m so exhausted today, late night but I have to make it to the gym today. I had a white chocolate molten lava cake last night from Chili&#8217;s. Damn that was good. Back to my diet today. Hopefully this week will see better results and a cleaner diet. Made my tofu soup so protein will be a plenty this week. I also just ordered a tub of the Blueberries and creme muscle milk. It&#8217;s so yummy.

Since I haven&#8217;t really set any goals for myself I haven&#8217;t been keep with the diet and workouts like I should. Tried out my Wii last night, just played bowling since that&#8217;s the only game we have right now. The calendar is still in process, well on hold for a few days til the Olympia is over. I hate waiting.
