3 rounds….I have up during the second round I was just so exhausted. I didn’t want to go on but everyone was cheering me on so how could I disappoint.
**New PR, I was able to clean 115# but I could only get my jerk halfway up. I was just too tired at this point and didn’t want to hurt my back. I’ve gone 6 days straight this week and I’m feeling it now. I’m not mad though, my last clean was 95# so really my PR on cleans is 115#!!
