With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Friday:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups
8 Rounds
I’m happy with that.
I hit a tire on the freeway tonight. It ripped my side skirt right off my mustang. I’m soo bummed I could just cry. The tire hit my rear fender too and scrape it but I think that can be buffed out. I’m trying to look at the bright side that it didn’t do more damage then that. Not really seeing it.
