So my time was absolutely horrible……but I can say I RX’d it (recommended weight). I ran instead of rowed because we only have 3 rowers but I really wanted to give my upper body a little rest too. Running is still really hard for me and it felt harder tonight. Maybe because it was so hot out. Even the guys said the running was hard.
I have to admit…every time a car drove by I was hoping it would hit me.
