Guilty conscious…….
So here I sat reading through blogs while munching on a snickerdoodle when I got a message from Jphillips. Just asking how I was doing. Instant guilt trip, he’s helped me with my diet and here I was cheating right in plain online sight. **hangs head in shame**
So no more cheating. Time to get my ass in gear and do what I need to instead of complaining that I’m not leaning out. It seems that every since I turned 36 my body has changed. What I used to be able to do I can no longer do. I used to be able to eat anything, that’s changed. I used to be able to just do some cardio and the fat would melt off, that’s changed. My diet isn’t completely bad but it could do without the cookies, not even every now and then. I need to add more veggies to my diet and less starchy carbs. So much easier said than done sometimes.

I hear ya! Not cheating is the most difficult thing for me. Though I blame mono for killing my metabolism…. Stick with it! You’ll love the results.

I’m not yet 36 but also find it ridiculously hard to lose any weight. In my mid 20s, I ate more than I do now, walked 4 miles 5 times per week, and I was teeny. No mas… (sigh).
