C5 Challenge
Didn’t hit the gym yesterday. Had a small company get-together that I had to attend. Lots of carbs, mostly in the form of pasta. Diet wasn’t too bad but definately can be better. Need to get my goals and measurements together this weekend for the C5 Challenge. Maybe that will help me keep on track with my diet. Since I haven’t really set any goals for myself I haven’t been keep with the diet and workouts like I should. Tried out my Wii last night, just played bowling since that’s the only game we have right now. The calendar is still in process, well on hold for a few days til the Olympia is over. I hate waiting.

Can’t wait to see your goals! Its nice to have some ladies in the group for a change and I know you can stick to it. Question is though can you moderate the cookie intake
(Oh, and protein cookies were on sale for $0.99 at the gym yesterday so I thought of you!)

I ate a WHOLE box of gluten free cookies the other day and totally thought of you with every bite! lmao
