Things are going pretty good. Today is the last day of my REDuction. Kinda bummed about that but I need to cycle off of it now since I’ve been on it for a couple of months. I don’t think I did as well this month as I did last. I should’ve upped my calories this month especially since I changed my workouts. They are so much more intense now (THANKS STORMI!!). I’ve been hungrier too. I’ve added a salad for dinner after the gym. I normally don’t eat after my shake. I’m adding more carbs into my meals during the day. That should help. Hopefully it’ll cool down soon.
I’m taking my CPR class on Sunday so I can get certified and I’ll be one step closer to getting my PT Cert. Still studying. It’s starting to get easier, I still have to work on my anatomy. Memorizing the muscles is hard.
