Dropping bodyfat
This has been taking me forever this year. I’ve lost over 2 inches all over in the last 2 1/2 months, weight hasn’t changed much which I think is a great thing. It means I’m not losing muscle. But I’m wondering if I need to rethink my diet. This is pretty much a typical day. I want to lower my bf, keep my muscles and still keep getting stronger. I would love to be able to bench my own weight.
6:30 - REDuction
7 - 1 scoop Whey; 1/2 scoop Soy; 3 Orange Triad, 3 Flaxseed
10 - 2 eggs; 1 egg white; 2 ww toast w/ 2 tbsp sugarfree jelly; Necturine
1 - 1 cup lean ground beef; 1 cup broccoli; 2 pineapple rings
4 - 1 ww toast; 1 tbsp jelly
4:30 - 1/2 scoop Whey; 1 scoop; 5g Green Mag
5 - 1.5 scoop Purple Wraath; 3 White Blood
7 - 1 Serving Golden Finish; 3 Orange Triad
7 - 1 scoop Whey; 1/2 scoop Soy; 3 Orange Triad, 3 Flaxseed

Calories are around 1400; Fat 43; Carbs 107; Prot 154
This is pretty much the same everyday, except lunch switches to different kinds of meat. I’m so sick of chicken!! Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I wish i could help, I’m sick of chicken too…but your calories, fat, carbs and protein are in the same range.
Do you have access to fresh fish?

Different types of fresh fish is a great idea, also try substituting turkey for chicken sometimes. Also you need to consider: what kind of cardio are you doing? and how much?

I usually switch up my meats between fish, red meat and white meat. I’m doing Giant Sets/bootcamp every other day and Weights on the other days. I try to get in cardio at 3 days a week, but it’s low impact. Walking for about 20 minutes.

I would try kicking up your cardio…. Need to aim for at least 30 minutes 4X week… Try interval training if you don’t like HI. I do sprints and it really gets my metabo kicking!

If you want to lose serious bodyfat you need to change you carb sources to lower glycemic. Cut out the toast and switch to rolled oats - no pineapple - only fruit first thing in the morning and only berries. Cut out the soy- soy is good for you but full of phytoestrogens - estrogen is the female hormone that does many things but one of them is tell your body to STORE FAT. As women we have enough natural estrogen and don’t need to add any more from plant sources!
Also 1 cup of ground beef is a lot for one meal - I would break your protein up into several 4oz portions - too many calories at one meal and your body will store the excess as fat no matter what the source. Hope that helps and feel free to ask me if you have any other questions - I have gotten pretty good at the fat loss thing! : It is tough - 85% diet but you can make DRAMATIC changes in 12 weeks if you really commit yourself to it!
