The pull-up machine was broken so I had to leave those out but this workout still kicked my butt. I’m pooped!!

Bah, one should jump up to a pullup bar and fight the eccentric part! You don’t need "assist" from silly machine… :p

start from a burpee position and jump up ..gives you some excercise at the same time as your working on getting up to do that pullup..haha..grabbing the pillow on the way to spinn day number 5…
