Push-ups - max
Front/Side raises - 20×10lbs
Planks on bosu

Jump rope
Side crunches - 10
ball slams - 10

Time: 30 minutes

The pull-up machine was broken so I had to leave those out but this workout still kicked my butt. I’m pooped!!

    Bah, one should jump up to a pullup bar and fight the eccentric part! You don’t need "assist" from silly machine… :p

    Heh….agreed with Trix :) It’s a quicker way to get your body to do pull ups.

    I thought about it but I was afraid when I couldn’t even do a jump up one that everyone would laugh at me. :(

    start from a burpee position and jump up ..gives you some excercise at the same time as your working on getting up to do that pullup..haha..grabbing the pillow on the way to spinn day number 5…
