Front/Side raises - 20×10lbs
Planks on bosu

Time: 30 minutes

The pull-up machine was broken so I had to leave those out but this workout still kicked my butt. I’m pooped!!

This has been taking me forever this year. I’ve lost over 2 inches all over in the last 2 1/2 months, weight hasn’t changed much which I think is a great thing. It means I’m not losing muscle. But I’m wondering if I need to rethink my diet. This is pretty much a typical day. I want to lower my bf, keep my muscles and still keep getting stronger. I would love to be able to bench my own weight. 
6:30 - REDuction
7 - 1 scoop Whey; 1/2 scoop Soy; 3 Orange Triad, 3 Flaxseed
10 - 2 eggs; 1 egg white; 2 ww toast w/ 2 tbsp sugarfree jelly; Necturine
1 - 1 cup lean ground beef; 1 cup broccoli; 2 pineapple rings
4 - 1 ww toast; 1 tbsp jelly
4:30 - 1/2 scoop Whey; 1 scoop; 5g Green Mag
5 - 1.5 scoop Purple Wraath; 3 White Blood
7 - 1 Serving Golden Finish; 3 Orange Triad  

Calories are around 1400; Fat 43; Carbs 107; Prot 154

This is pretty much the same everyday, except lunch switches to different kinds of meat. I’m so sick of chicken!! Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Back and Triceps

Tonight was supposed to be a Body by Storm night but my friend called and wanted to train with me. So we hit back and triceps. The White Blood really gets me pumped and I was ready to go. Upped most of my weights by about 5lbs which is great. My friend started talking to other people in the gym so I just kind of finished off without him. I don’t like standing around waiting for others. He’s all hey, you left me. I said your taking too long old man. Anyways, I am so tired and sore all over. Tomorrow will be my Body by Storm workout, Friday will be a rest day. Not much else going on. If you get a chance go over to the forums under company promo and check out my contest. 5 minute warmup - treadmill 3 @ 3.2
BB squats - 15

4 Sets
Squats - 65lbs-95lbs
Walking lunges - 40lbs (24 steps)
Leg press - 80lbs (1 set 90lbs)
SLDL - 65lbs
SL leg extensions - 55lbs
Calves - 40lbs-100lbs

5 minutes cooldown - treadmill 3@3

Nothing special to report. I was doing 40lbs for calves, mainly cuz I hate doing calves and they were a little sore from yesterday. Anyways, Monday (that’s her name) came over and gave me a bad time about my little 40lbs and moved it up to 100. Of course my ego wasn’t about to let me go down so I did the last 2 sets with 100lbs. She’s a power lifter too so all my heavy weights are her warm up weights. Luckily the competitive side of me lets me use this for motivation. It’s kinda like guys, they see another guy coming and they puff up their chest!

I hate my co-workers sometimes!

Noticed a new guy working at the gym today. He started training when I was in the middle of cardio. I noticed him sippin on something pinkish/purple. I can be a nosy lil kitten and my curiosity was peaked so I went over and talked to him when I was done. Turns out he was only sippin on crystal light. I asked him if he was new to the gym, didn’t see him working there before. He’s young and the gym is trying to make changes so I figured he’s probably a personal trainer. I was wrong. He’s one of the owners of the gym. Long story short, as soon as I get my personal trainer’s certification I have a job there!!!

I feel better today. No worries folks I didn’t mope all day yesterday. I layed on the couch watching the Law n Order marathons they always have on the weekends. Lil Roxy cuddled with me. She’s so cute. She was laying in my arms with her head on my shoulder just looking up at me. Guess she could sense my mood. I’ve had so much going on lately that I think it all just caught up with me. Every once in a while I just need to get it all out. Hey Suz….I didn’t cry. :D  

Being a rep is great but for me there is just so much to learn. I was already having a hard time with the pt cert stuff and then now I need to learn supps too on top of it. I was overwhelmed. I’ve taken a step back and right now I’m just studying Body Composition Basics. It helps.

 For those of you that haven’t discovered my thread in the female section (I’ll include the link), I’ve started a new stack. I started back on the REDuction Saturday, boy have I missed it. I’ve also added the White Blood (non-stim NO) before my workouts and the Golden Finish pwo shake. I can’t wait to see what it does for me. I am soo sore from my chest workout yesterday.
