Used my omron this morning. It says I’m about about 25.9% bf and bmi is 22. I took it about 4 times and got the same reading. That’s not too bad. I’d like to get down to around 20% if I can.

Ironically, I used my omron this morning and it just blurted out, "You’re FAT dude!" Not sure what it was trying to tell me…..

The omron’s a great unit and always pretty dead on. Make sure you’re using it first thing in the morning, too, and updating your weight before you take it. You’re running some more REDuction aren’t ya? Once I’m done with my ECA and off the Xtreme Stack I think I’m gonna give Meltdown a try. I usually respond pretty well to yohimbe based fat burners (even though the FDA is now regulating how much can be in products since too much causes renal failure. Whoops…)

Wow girl you look fantastic!! Keep going!! I had to laugh at bodyauditors comment…I think my scale said the same damn thing! Ugh…time for me to step up my game again too!
