Stand still
Well I’ve been testing the REDuction the last few weeks and I lost a couple of pounds the first week but now I’m at a stand still. I don’t know what it is. My diet is around 1500 calories a day. Pretty clean. Workouts are strong and cardio is at least 20 minutes each training day. WTF? I gave my waist a quick measurement too and it hasn’t changed though I’ve had people tell me I look leaner. I feel leaner and tighter too but the scale is stuck.

Hey, don’t worry about it at this point. Just keep pushing, and all the sudden the scale will move quite a bit. It happens to all of us, it’s your body just getting adjusted.

Get off that scale!!! You feel leaner, you feel tighter, people have noticed some changes in your body! Those all spell RESULTS to me, despite what the scale says!!! The LAST thing you need is some stupid device playing some mind games with you! YOU are doing fantastic! Try not to second guess yourself!

I’m going to have to agree with everyone regarding the scale and don’t pay attention to it - if everyone says you look leaner, believe it!! You’re on the right track, and your plan looks like a great formula, so just stick with it and see where it goes. You’re doing awesome, beautiful, keep it up!!

Jesus Laurie I would kill to look as good as you. Throw your scale in the garbage.

Make scale go bye bye, invest in a good bodyfat caliper! I’m biased toward my Omron, personally.

Ditto on everyones comments above!! Go with bodyfat measurement and how your clothes are looking and feeling!! MUCH better indicators of where you are at than the scale. Our body composition can change so much without the scale moving at all!!
BTW…awesome new avi!! You look awesome!!

As already stated above (by everyone!!), forget the scale. Use a tape measure! Tape don’t lie!

I agree with everyone else!! Trash the scale!! It’s all in the way your clothes fit!! Thats what Bryan tells me anyway! You look great, so stay away from the scale for awhile.

A little late, but definitely trash the scale! I keep it around just to program the weight into the caliper, but that’s it. Besides, it’s been stuck for me and I’m really hating it right now.
