Legs! Legs! Legs!
I am soo thrilled tonight. I did legs for the first time in over a month! I started with squats. I couldn’t go full atg but I was still able to do them with good form and close to my normal weights. I felt them after the first set for sure. My legs have definately been missing my leg workouts. Did walking lunges after with just a 40lb barbell and my legs were burning. I could have (and maybe should have) quit after the squats but I was just so happy to be doing legs that I had to keep going. I did sldl but went really light on these and not full range of motion yet. I could only bring the bar down to just past my knees before I hit that wall but that’s ok. As long as I can train again I’m happy. I skipped the leg press and did ab & adduction, leg curls and seated calf raises. Tonight will be a nice hot bath and hopfully tomorrow my back will still be ok.

Man do I love your legs. Awesome!!! I won’t be doing legs or at least squats for a while. My knees are messing up and my left one comes out of socket right now.

I suck at legs, those are the worst for me, so if you can do them and love them–call me I’ll let you borrow my legs and you can take my portion…
I’ll take your least fav body part while you take mine…
