Had brain fart this evening. Kinda slacked off on the back workout. Just did a few quick ones to get it done and over with. Guess my mind wasn’t in it tonight. Tried the 21s on biceps OMG! My arms were on fire. But my bicep was soo full, it was awesome!

Last night was a great leg workout. Some guys were on the free squat and someone else on the Smith machine so I had to settle for hacks. It’s good to switch things up sometimes. I didn’t go too heavy, I was concentrating mostly on my form. I was so tired last night that I just went to bed early. Didn’t eat dinner which I know is a bad thing but I just wasn’t hungry. I thought for sure I’d be starving today and I’m not. Anyways tonight is back and biceps. I’m going to have to try out this 21s thing. Can’t wait! Oh and I almost forgot. No more bloating!

Tried on my spring clothes this morning. They didn’t fit. So I’m a tad bit dissappointed even though I knew they wouldn’t. I’ve put on alot of weight and I just started up on my protein and creatine so I’m bloated on top of it. I’m debating on staying on the creatine. The bloating will go away but is it really worth it? Last night was chest and triceps. I was cranky and didn’t want to be there. I’m really starting to hate my gym now. Crowded with kids running around. They only have one set of weights. I’m an only child, I don’t like to share. My chest and triceps are already sore this morning which means I hit them hard like I intended.

DB incline bench - 3x 15, 12, 10 (25, 25, 27.5)
DB flat bench - 3x 12, 10, 8 (25, 25, 27.5)
Flyes w/twist - 3x 10, 8, 6 (15)

Tonight will be leg night. My favorite! I want to get stronger. I’ve been doing light weights and high reps for a couple of months now. It’s time to change things up. No more sissy weights!

I started back on my protein and creatine Monday and I have to say I’m really feeling like a Thanksgiving butterball. My belly looks like I’m 3 months pregnant. Ugh, I hate that. I’ve been trying to drink more water but maybe that’s the problem. I’ve been trying to clean up my diet so I can drop that extra 5lbs but I just don’t seem to be trying very hard. I’ve been keeping up with the cardio including walking around the block a few times on my lunch hour. I can finally say that grandma is no longer do laps around me. Yesterday was a great leg day. I’m feeling it in my glutes already. I added my workout to the workout tracker if you want to take a peek. I need to be better about keeping track of everything. I’ll have to go back to my fitday site to keep track of my diet. That is such a great site and it really keeps you accountable. Hope everyone is having a great day!

So those little squirrels in my head have been going full speed lately. I’ve decided that I want to get my personal trainer certification. I mean, I love working out. Why not get paid for it right? Not like I couldn’t use the extra money. I have to admit, I have a little dream that I would like to own my own gym one day. Finish my certification training in yoga and also get one in pilates. Of course this all takes money……come on lottery. Anyways, I’ve been checking out the different courses they offer online and I think I’m going to go with NASM or NCSF. Hot guy offered me a job there as a trainer but I’m not to sure how that would work out. Although it’ll be a great way to get experience. The people at the gym already know me and have seen me workout. I’ve had people ask me if I’m a trainer soo……hhmmmm.
