March 17th

Did chest and triceps last night. Didn’t do the 21s cause I did them saturday and I wanted to do different exercises. Loving the new gym. There’s only a handfull of people in there after work. The woman there….all cardio queens except for a couple so far. The weights are al MINE! Haha! I love it. There’s only a couple of trainers that work there but these trainers actually look like they work out. They have the bodys of bodybuilders. The other gym, I wasn’t sure if the one new trainer had the strength to lift a 5lbs dumbbell. Anyways, all that hard work and after the gym I met up with some friends at the Pub and had a couple of drinks and greasy fried foods. Oh well, today’s a new day. And not only that it’s leg day! Wooohooo!

    Omg…i LOVE it when the weight room is free!! I always do circuits or giant sets in the weights…and HOLY does it suck to leave one piece of equipment for 12 reps of something else…to return to someone else on it!

    I keep reading comments on bb.com about ‘unfit’ trainers…wow! As a trainer I always feel the pressure of watchful eyes! And let me tell you…if i gain weight or loose weight…EVERYONE is talking! Its almost stupid! But…it does help keep me motivated!

    After this competition I’m going to use the phrase, ‘Its off season" lmao

    Of greasy food, pints, cardio queens and trainers lifting 5 pound dumbells….I suppose that covers all the bases.
