Hibernation

I’ve been in hibernation the last couple of months. I can see why the bears love it. When it’s wet and freezing outside where else would you rather be than snuggled up under a blanket with they poochy at your feet and a cupcake in my hands. I was complaining about a fat ass before but now it’s really time to hit the cardio again. Damn jeans are shrinking! Still hitting the gym but not training as hard as I was before. I feel weaker too. Haven’t been pushing as much weight like I was before. Hhhmmm, I’ve also stopped my creatine so I’m wondering if that has something to do with it. Alright guys, I need some motivation. Help me out here!

    Can you hear it, it your body telling u to get the heck up and start working out hard again! You know you can do it, we know you can do it! So what in the heck are you doing sitting around doing noting? GET UP! I’M NOT PLAYING, GET UP NOW, AND MAKE IT COUNT! You can do it! And you deserve it!

    You may dread the push you need to get you started again, but sit and think about the rush you will get when you lift more and more weight everytime you go back to the gym because of your muscle memory. What about the satisfaction you will get when you finally do your one handed push up. What about when you walk into a room and all of the jaws drop? Guys wish they were with you and girls wish they could be you… Yeah that’s it! That is way more gratifying than any warm blanket, and a cupcake.

    The time is now! Put the cupcake down, kick the lazy dog out of bed and take him for a jog!

    Top secret info:
    Bears do not eat cupcakes while hibernating, they lose lots of weight. SHHHHHH!!!!!! Don’t tell anyone.
