Workin it!
So my pal at the gym likes to do 100 reps on the weekends. Yes, 100 reps per body part. Of course I’m easy going, figured I’d give it a shot. It felt great. Everything was nice and tight but since it’s only one exercise per body part you not killing it. Just giving your muscles a jolt. We did every part except lower body. Loved it! Tonight will be leg night. I’ve been working on singles, trying to even everything out. Almost forgot. I did 2 whole dips last night with just my body weight!

Go ‘head on with your 100 reps!! I need to try that…I’m pretty sure I’ll chicken out after the first 30. Do you go straight through or do you take a breater for a split sec?
