Feelin it!

I am really feeling it today. My glutes are already sore, my chest is sore from Monday and even my arms are sore from the dumbbell flyes. I usually do the flyes on a machine but I think I’m going to have to do the dumbbells for a while. Tonight will be back and biceps. HAHA…..I can’t wait!!

Leg Night and then some….my bad.

3-10×85 - Squats 3 x 40lbs BB - Walking lunges (All the way across gym and back - 36 steps 1 way) 10×22.5; 10×25; 10×25 - DB deadlifts 10×45; 8×45; 6×45 - Seated calf raises (cramp, cramp, cramp)

 

 Yesterday I was complaining that I wasn’t sweating enough. Well tonight I had sweat pooring down my chin during lunges. I wasn’t sure I was going to make the whole 3 sets but with everyone watching there’s no way I was going to wuss out on that last set. The lunges wouldn’t have been so bad either if I hadn’t had a touch of gas. Oh, god! Trying to get across that gym in good form with my checks pinched. I wonder what my face must of looked like? It’s ok, they probably thought it was because of the lunges. Better go walk the dog, she doesn’t care if my butt checks are cramping or not.

12×15; 10×17.5; 8×17.5 - DB flyes
10×65; 8×65; 6×65 - BB decline bench press
10×12.5; 10×12.5; 6×12.5 5×10 - Cable crossovers
3-10 - Pushups
Triceps:
18; 15; 13 - Tricep bench dip (body weight)
10×10; 8×10; 8×10 - DB skull crushers
12×22.5; 10×20; 10×20 - Rope pulldowns
15×35; 10×35; 12×35 - Tricep Dips (machine)

Cardio:
20 minutes treadmill @ 1.5 incline speed 5.5-6.0

Decided that I’m going to do dumbbells and singles for a few weeks to help even things out. My left side is noticeably stronger than my right. I also noticed that lately while lifting weights I don’t break out into a dripping sweat like I used to. I just glisten. I’m doing the same workouts as before, my muscles are still fatigued and  shaking when I’m done. The only time I break out in with a really good sweat is during cardio. Am I not working hard enough or is that the GM and PW working? Hhmmm.

Had a pretty good weekend. Hung out with my son at the skate park. Wish I had that much energy. He can go all day. So I entered another contest this weekend and won a bottle of P-Slin and Anabolic Pump. I’m excited to try these out. Hey I figure since I can’t afford to buy all these supplements the best way to get em is to win them! The other contest is for Controlled Labs lift in color. I’ve included the links so you guys can check it out. What’s up with the ass?

Tonight was shoulder night. It was pretty light. I had to go to my son’s school for "Back to School Night". What a joy that is. Talked to my exboyfriend at the gym for a few minutes though. Men why is it when you hug someone that you guys always have to give the ass a once over? Yes, I mean give the butt a little rub. Is it just instinct? Were you taught this? Or is it just the guys I know? lol

 

3-10×10 - Front raises (plate)

10×15; 12×12.5; 12×12.5 - Front db raises

10×12.5; 12×12.5; 10×12.5 - Side lateral raises

3-10×15 - Arnold presses

10×40; 15×50; 15×60 - Face pulls (love these)

No cardio tonight. Not enough time.

Tonight I felt pretty good except for the lat pulldowns, for some reason that one felt really tough. Back is nice and tight now and my arms feel really full and solid. They are going to be sore tomorrow! 

Back:

10×35; 10×30; 10×32.5 - Wide grip lat pulldowns
10×22.5; 10×25; 10×25 - One armed db rows
3-10×70 - Vbar seated cable rows
3-10×40 - BB bentover rows

Biceps:
10×20; 10×25; 10×25 - Preacher curls
3-10×12.5 - DB curls
3-10×12.5 - Hammer curls
15×30 - Easy bar curls

Cardio - 20 minutes - Mill climber @ 7
