Back:
15×20; 3-15×27.5 - Lat pulldown
4-15×40 - Seated rows
4-15×25 - Iso-lateral high rows
4-15×30 - Bent over row
4-15×17.5 - One arm db row

Biceps (supersets):
4-10×20 - Preacher curls
4-10×10 - Db curls
4-10×10 - Hammer curls

Cardio:
20 minutes - Walking
