Legs and chocolate chip cookies

3-15×90; 15×180 - Hack Squat
4-15×90 - Leg press
4-12×25 - DB dead lifts
4-15×30 - Seated leg curls
4-15×50 - Kickback (machine)
4-15×50 - Seated calves

Cardio:
25 minutes - Walked dog

Went low weight, high rep again today. My quads and glutes were on fire. Didn’t care for the hack squat, give me the squat rack any day. I’m hungry, time to go eat. I had 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies today. Soo good. I made them for my son yesterday but uh, sweets aren’t good for kids so maybe he shouldn’t eat them. I guess I’ll have to sacrafice myself and eat them for him.

    OMG! 3 whole cookies… Flaka, your gonna get fat… be carefull … Not! no cookies for the boy? wtf!? you had them for him… selfish…! lol just kidding…. have a great workout!

    As a Dad, and unless I’m in a cutting phase, I always take one for the team, by consuming any and all left over cookies, cake, pie, ice cream, etc, etc, on and on, and on….It’s all about committment over here…That’s how I roll!
