Worked out with a friend of mine today. He is quite the chatterbox so by the time we were done with weights it was too late for cardio. This is why I prefer to workout alone. Today is cheat day. Had a chocolate old fashioned doughnut. Yum, but now I don’t feel so good.

lol yea, working out alone does have its perks (less distractions) then again no one to scream at you for one more rep.
