Abs - Progress pics
Ok, so recently I was complaining about my protein belly. Finally got rid of it by switching milk to water and what a difference. I’ve added a couple of progress pics of my abs, they’re not Fern abs but you can see some definition now. Ok, so this is the highlight of my day. Damn I need to get a life. lol

Those abs are coming in just fine …
(Bend your arm a bit more in your bicep pics and you’ll see your bi’s are coming in nicely, too). Keep up the good work.

Dairy products are not our greatest friend.
Having said that I read an article regarding afterworkout recovery and it was found that low fat chocolate milk is the best right after workout recovery drink you could use. So I now use it religously instead out the pineapple juice I was using.
Seems to work, and I do like having some dairy throughout the week.
Chocolate and crackerjack rice cakes and my energy levels bounce back fairly well after my workouts
As far as meal replacement/or protein shakes Id say water is still the best base.
