Supersets
Last night was a good workout. Did supersets chest, shoulders and biceps. Probably put my body into shock since I’ve never done supersets. Plus it was supposed to be leg night last night. So today I feel tight all over. Started drinking my protein shakes with water too. The bloating was just too much. What good is it to train abs when you can’t even see them?

Mmmm, water with protein shakes. I do that too. I don’t add a lot of water and throw it together wtih ice in a blender…that’s the best I can do until I can have ice cream again.
Keep it up girl…your abs will be shinin soon!
