Where’d it go?
I don’t know what happened yesterday. I love training my legs but when I got to the gym I just lost all motivation. It was like a funk just hit me over the head when I walked in. I haven’t been losing anymore weight and I just feel fat. I’m thinking that I’m not eating enough again or I’ve reached some kind of plateau. I’m trying not to get discouraged but it’s hard. I’m not the most patient person, I want results yesterday! Maybe I’ll try switching things up but what? Maybe take a little break? Any suggestions? I’m making today my cheat day. I’ve had some cheat meals but I think I just need to have a whole day of crap. How sick do you think I’ll get if I try and stuff a burger, tacos and fried chicken into my body all in one day? Yuck! :0P

How can you think you’re fat? It’s amazing how us women will put ourselves down on a bad day. Why don’t you check with a trainer, they’re pretty good at mixing it up and getting you results. Plus, they don’t LET you have bad days! It’s working well for me…

you should mix up your routine… remember, there is always tomarrow ….have a couple of free days, where you go in an lift whatever body part you want to… just try to have fun, while you play hard… maybe ad some different music to what you listen too..
anyways, take/care! and have fun at the gym!

Ok, ok, I know I’m not fat…….I just feel like a tub right now. We all have these days. I was thinking of switching my music but I think it’ll take more than that.

That meal burgers,tacos and fried chicken cracked me up! Your just having a shitty day thats all Laurie. Do you work out with anyone or by yourself? Dont get so down on yourself. You already look amazing without even trying for higher goals. Tomorrow is a new day! Go kick some ass! ya heard!

Hey, do what I do. Just get through it, do the excercise you do like on these kind of days, and when you are done, you’ll be glad. If you have too many of these type days, then you have a problem. But don’t over analyse the one-off days.
