How could I have gone this long without it…..
It’s been over a year since I’ve done any kind of yoga. I try to stretch after my workouts but I’ve been really lazy about it. So last night not even a minute into my sun salutation I realize how tight I’ve become. I’ve been so into losing weight and building muscle that I’ve completely neglected my yoga. What good is it to have all these great muscles if I’m so tight I can barely straighten my legs. And man did it hurt last night. So from now on I’m adding my yoga back into my routine, even if it’s only a couple of nights a week.

YOGA? I NEED A GREAT STRETCH TOO… BUT YOGA? I FEEL TIGHT TODAY CUZ I DID CHEST YESTERDAY… WHAT YOU WORKING TODAY?
