Big buff girl…..not. lol
So last night was arms night. I decided screw the usual 3 sets w/10 rep deal and just went for the heaviest weight I could handle. I did 6 curls with the 15lb dumbbell. I was so proud of myself……stop laughing! For the next couple of weeks I’m going to take everyone’s advice and go as heavy as possible to build strength and see if that makes a difference in the way my body will look. Muscle city here I come….wooohooo!

Bit of advice. Training heavy isn’t really the key, pushing your muscles is. There fore, my suggestion would be to try and have 1 or 2 sets be to exhaustion. (usually you will have to go heavy to accomplish this). But do this for 4 weeks, and you will see a huge difference.
