Anyone have a tasty recipe for eggs? I’m trying to add eggs to my meals. I tried an omelet w/mushrooms and spinach and a touch of cheese. It was good the 1st day, the 2nd day I had to choke it down. Thanks!

I do deviled eggs all the time. After boiling them, take the yoke and add the following: lite honey mustard dressing, chopped ham, finely minced onion, topped with a black olive, Sort of like an appetizer! Sounds odd, but yum - o.
Hi there…I just started eating egg whites instead of the whole egg and its difficult but this is what I do, regardless of just being egg whites or not.
Note that I cook for my husband and I…
5 eggs, (2-3 whole depending how I feel) scramble them in a bowel and add salt and pepper. Then I add some low sodium ham and some (regular) cheese. I makie my own home made salsa so I add this too and then pour all into the pan. The I serve mine over a whole grain bread.
Fry on a good healthy oil, some red potatoes (either french freis or homefries style). Mix the eggs w/salt and pepper, drain the potatoes, mix the eggs and scramble…Its called Huevos con Papas in Spanish, my mom used to make this for my family every Sunday and I pretty much do the same, just a little healthier.
Before adding mushrooms to the omelete, try to fry them w/a little water (instead of oil) and seasoning, they will taste much better once you add them to the omelete.

try adding bell peppers to that omelett, onions, green onions, and if you eat meat, steak would go great with it.
