Help?
I’m trying to lose fat and tone up. I’ve been working out 5 days a week, I’ve cut out sugar from my diet. I eat pretty healthy, alot of fruit. I just don’t seem to be losing any weight. My jeans are still tight. Should I take suppliments? I don’t do well with caffeine or anything like that. Any suggestions?

What is your total calorie intake for a typical day? It may be that you are not eating enough. Try eating 5-6 small meals a day, balanced with protein, good carbs and good fats.
If you are not eating at least 1500 calories a day, your body will shut down and go into starvation mode.
Another thought would be to have a cheat day or two, get your calorie count up high, then return to your normal diet.

too much fruit, it counts as sugar
add more protein, too build muscle, this will increase metabolism, which will use more calories, which will convert fat to energy.
Assuming you are lifting weights, and dieting.
Although it will be difficult to build muscle while on a diet. So bulk first - eat a lot (healthy) while doing a lot of lifting (about 1 month). then diet, while continueing to lift. The fat should start to drop off after about a week and a half.

TD is right, too much fruit. How many times per day are you eating? If you have difficulty meal planning, I have a spreadsheet that I build and use that helps with that. I would be happy to send it to you.
