Ok, I’m starting a new diet this week. Less fruit and more protein. 8am - omelete w/spinach, mushroom and a touch of cheese. Yogurt. 10am - granola bar and carrots. 12pm - tuna sandwhich and grapefruit. 2pm - cottage cheese. 4pm - cream of wheat w/2 oz. chicken. 5:30 - Gym, it’s leg night!! 7pm - banana, fish or chicken w/broccoli. Last night was chest night. Thought I’d be refreshed and full of energy after the long weekend. Nope, everything hurt like hell and felt like it weighed twice as much! I’m already sore this morning. It’s going to be a rough day, but I look skinnier right? Right?
